My name is Barbara Choo and I have great inspiration to design and create my own Artist Bears and Dolls. My interest started from an addictive hobby into a fulltime passion and blessed with the encouragement, support and help from my Mum, we are now fulltime Soft Scultured Artists. We thoroughly enjoy developing our Bears and Dolls and with each creation, we try to express their character and our love for them.  

Teddy Bears and Dolls bring love and comfort to children and adults alike, they touch our souls and offer us a lifetime of magical memories. My mum and I spent many long hours of attention, effort and love to bring to life each and every one of our creation. Although we sometimes do feel a sadness parting with them, we are proud knowing that they are leaving us for new loving homes in faraway beautiful countries that we can only wish and dream of visiting one day.

Our artist bears are one-of-a-kind, unique little individuals, created from our own original designs and are handmade with great care and details using traditional methods. Most of them are one-of-a-kind and they are made from mohair or alpaca and are 5-way fully jointed using only superior fittings. We also use quality German glass eyes, strong threads and accessories throughout our creations. All our bears have embroidered waxed nose and are firmly stuffed with poly fill and weighted on their tummies with poly pellets. They are also carefully accented with hand painted details to bring out the different personality and character in each and everyone of them.

We are a mother and daughter team specializing in the making of one-of-a-kind and limited edition traditional and contemporary artist bears and cloth dolls. Having started as collectors, we began making bears and dolls to extend our interest and add to our own collections. We hope you enjoy meeting our bears and perhaps find a little new friend as well!
